Another national park? Yes, but they are all different. This one is famous for its big walls, that attract the best climbers from all over the world. Names like El Capitan and Camp 4 are known by all the climbers. There are giant sequoias as well, besides the usual but always impressive waterfalls.

I did not spot any wildlife though, no bears, but THE BEAR!

Yosemite Bear, also known as Double rainbow man offered me hospitality for one day. He is a native Indian, and lives with his chicken and his 5 dogs in a remote place, some 50 k from Yosemite park. Before becoming what he is now, he flew helicopters for fire fighting, drove trucks all over the us, and had a career as a cage fighter. He fought as a professional, but his career took a sudden end, when he broke his ankle, and lacking the necessary money, this fracture was not well cured. As a result, Bear is limping and will never fight again.

But then came that day with the double rainbow...... Bear recorded a double rainbow in his backyard, commented it very emotionally and posted the video on Youtube. Here is the link:

More than 30 million people watched it, and Bear became a celebrity. He got invited all over the world, was in late night shows, made commercials etc.

He estimates that all his videos, on different platforms, have been seen more than 100 million times!

Bear and I had an amazing day together. Meantime he is convinced that the rainbows want to come to his place, and he has a mission:

Love God the Father, love Earth the Mother, Love Humanity, Mother and Father's Children, love yourself and love and appreciate life.
